The sound emitted by a siren is perceived differently depending on the relative movement of the source and the receiver. This behaviour is called the Doppler effect.
In the following simulation you can vary the velocity of the source of the emission and observe the consequences on the frequency of the wave emitted. You should carry out the three proposed activities for a better understanding of the concept.
