Initially it just contains a few "teaching suggestions" which we could call "theoretical", although they are based on our teaching experience.

S.H.M. is aimed at students of the second year of post-compulsory secondary education. It deals with essential physical aspects of the Simple Harmonic Movement like::

• the kinematic and dynamic magnitudes involved in the S.H.M.
• the relation between the S.H.M. and the Uniform Circular Movement
• The energy changes which are produced in an S.H.M.
