The division of natural numbers
Operations with natural numbers II

2. Divide each number of the magic square by this number.
Esta unidad interactiva requiere la máquina virtual de Java J2RE.

Natural numbers are not closed under division because, when dividing a natural number by another one, the result is often a non-natural number.

This window shows a magic square formed by numbers divisible by the divisor.

Divide each number of the magic square by this number.

The results are the numbers below. Take them to the corresponding cells on the right and you will get another magic square.
